At Sano, Chef Scipione offers a six - course pre-fixe tasting menu with a choice of main course, blending contemporary Italian, Peruvian, and Asian flavors—all priced at $135.00 per person. Guests can expect dishes including caviar, ceviche, duck confit, handcrafted gnocchi, shaved truffle, baby lamb chops presented in an upscale but cozy setting.
This intimate dining room seats up to 16 guests with two seating's on Saturday nights, with private chef’s‑table options beginning at 10 guests for up to 16 upon request. The space is intentionally crafted to feel like a private supper club—perfect for special evenings, romantic dinners, or small group gatherings.
Dress Code
To ensure an elegant atmosphere for all guests, our dress code is formal or contemporary upscale. We recommend elegant attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear collared shirts, tailored trousers, or suits. Jackets and ties are welcome but not required. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, casual shorts, t-shirts, or athletic footwear.
